    Based in Bundaberg, our full-time Office/Support Assistant will provide exceptional service and administrative support to our team. This entry level role is essential to the team's ongoing success and is suitable for someone interested in developing a career in Business Administration. This entry level position could provide a pathway to endless career progression opportunities within the firm. Candidates do not require previous experience in Business Administration, however a background in hospitality or retail and customer service would be ideal.

    Essentially our Office/Support Assistant role involves typical tasks such as:

    • Incoming and outgoing mail
    • Reception relief
    • Domestic duties (including general office tidiness and hospitality tasks)
    • Organising catering
    • Completing purchase orders
    • Banking
    • Filing
    • Office errands

    This full-time role operates Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. As this role involves running errands around town during business hours, the successful candidate must have a current Driver's license and own car (or close to obtaining). After a settling in period, this role can provide the flexibility of a monthly rostered day off. Ideally the successful candidate will be able to commence Monday 20 May 2024.

    Ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate the following position criteria:

    • Consistent above average academic results
    • Exceptional people skills and telephone etiquette
    • "No fuss attitude" to completing hospitality and cleaning tasks
    • High levels of hygiene, cleanliness and attention to detail (for domestic duties)
    • Ability to demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking skills
    • Courteous, respectful and friendly disposition
    • Experience working as part of a team
    • Effective written and oral communication skills
