- Implement and maintain effective controls in relations to Collections processes
- Collect on accounts in arrears 0-59days
- Issue relevant notices for accounts in arrears
- Identify accounts for possible Hardship Assistance
- Contact borrowers with regards to any Rates arrears
- Strong work ethic and willingness to demonstrate and promote the Bank's values EMPOWER on a daily basis
- Previous experience in collections would be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills including verbal and written supported by a growth mindset
- Proactive and enthusiastic approach to collections
- A desire to grow and develop within Auswide Bank
