Eldercare has leadership opportunities available in the Southern Area of Adelaide for high performing Clinical Leaders/Managers.


This role reports directly to the Site Operations Manager and is an essential and integral part of the site management team.

You will use your leadership experience to assist with the daily operations of the facility and ensure that continuous improvement in clinical care and resident service is always a priority.


As Clinical Leader/Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the delivery of care to our residents and families is resident focused, always delivered to a high level of excellence and engenders our Values.

You will also have experience in leading nursing and care staff and be highly motivated to develop and support high performing teams in a culture that is all about Respect, Accountability and Connection.


Working closely with staff, residents and families, this role leads and ensures the delivery of effective care services based on individualised, quality, person-centred care and support.


This role will also provide clinical support, guidance and advice to management, mentorship to clinical staff and work closely with other areas within the ogranisaiton in the identification of better practice and quality initiatives across the facility.


In this role you will need:

  • Experience in a clinical care or leadership role
  • A Bachelor of Nursing including a current AHPRA RN registration
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, managing and mentoring staff
  • A genuine passion for providing individualised clinical care to our residents
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with staff, residents and their families
  • Workings towards or has an acceptable Infection Prevention and Control qualification
