- Develop and implement HR talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Be a primary point of contact for hiring managers and candidates throughout the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.

- Analyze workforce trends and adapt talent management strategies accordingly.
- Develop, manage and maintain external recruitment related stakeholders including agencies, Seek and LinkedIn to support the organisations recruitment process.
- Build and maintain productive stakeholder relationships, assisting leaders to develop effective recruitment strategies to meet their talent requirements.
- Manage all recruitment activities including resourcing needs analysis, market trends, candidate selection and vendor management for senior leader and specialist roles.
- Continually improve the speed to hire through innovation and refinement of process to improve the agility of the business to respond to change workforce needs.
- Champion the development and reinforcement of IOR's culture, ensuring it aligns with strategic objectives and promotes a positive work environment.
- Ongoing participation, development and ownership of the organisation's talent acquisition strategy and hiring plans.

We are seeking a highly experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our People & Culture team based in Cannon Hill in this recently created and exciting role.
The Talent Acquisition Manager (Manager -Talent) is responsible for leading the talent acquisition and development strategies to ensure the organization attracts, develops, and retains the best talent.
In this standalone role you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle including engaging with external stakeholders, building out new talent pipelines, managing the organisations talent vendors and technology providers, and collaborating with the broader People team to ensure that we attract the best talent to enable IOR to achieve our strategic initiatives.
