Talent Acquisition role with Qld Gov. 12 months contract position. Multiple roles available.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join this dynamic government department.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will develop and sustain effective relationships with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners in relation to sourcing talent for identified vacancies.

Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively with Line Managers and HR Business Partners to design and implement effective talent acquisition solutions.
Provide advice, support and consultancy services to clients and stakeholders on complex talent acquisition matters.

Key Criteria:

Proven experience in recruitment, with the ability to handle moderately complex to complex and sensitive matters.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive effective communication and foster relationships with key contacts.
Demonstrates sound governance maintains a high standard of practice through governance and risk management.
Builds enduring relationships builds and sustains relationships to enable the collaborative delivery of customerfocused outcomes.
