Description

In this role you will:

Provide significant contribution to the development of creative talent attraction strategies that deliver quality talent pipelines and are aligned with the Talent Acquisition Group Workforce plan/s.

Coordinate and conduct public information and promotional activities.
Collaborate with QCS Media unit and Murridhagun Cultural Centre on recruitment content for publication, both online and printed.
Provide a recruitment partner approach in supporting business units with attraction issues and activities.
Build capability in the Talent Acquisition Group through implementing and coordinating key attraction initiatives to deliver targeted outcomes
Undertake analytics and provide advice on emerging trends that assist with recruitment planning decisions
Review and update recruitment material and advertising to ensure compliant with current WHS requirements and employment legislation.
Proactively seek and research market intelligence to support and improve attraction strategies.
Compile monthly reporting on talent pipelines and outcomes achieved from attraction strategies.
Applications to remain current for 12 months.
