This is an exciting opportunity to represent a Government Agency, supporting Australian customers enquires in relation to their government entitlements.

We are growing our team and looking for Customer Service Officers to join us in our West Perth office.


Job Description:


Role Details:


  • Late August 2023 start dates
  • Fully paid comprehensive training
  • Permanent Full-Time and Part-Time roles available
  • Salary
- $50, 500 + Superannuation

  • Monday
  • Friday, operating on a rotating roster between 7am 7pm

What will a normal day look like?
As a Customer Support Officer, you will be servicing customers Government entitlement enquiries.

Our job is to ensure we resolve customers enquiries efficiently and effectively, whilst upholding the highest level of customer care and empathy.


  • Encourage, support and educate customers updating information through their selfservice portals
  • Use critical thinking and a solution driven mindset to resolve customer enquiries
  • Provide assistance to vulnerable customers with an empathetic approach

Qualifications:


Who are you?

  • Must be an Australian Citizen and at least 18 years of age
  • Confident in navigating multiple systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Compassionate and empathetic to vulnerable customers
  • Thrive in a rewarding, fastpaced environment
  • Goal orientated with motivation to learn new skills
