You will make and receive calls from new and existing customers all over Australia, and discuss their energy services.

We will teach you everything you need to know about being a call centre representatives and how we are connecting with customers Australia wide.


Overview

  • This is a Full Time role, 38 hours per week with shifts
    Monday
  • Saturday:
  • You will be required to work 1 Saturday each month
  • you then get a day off in the week to substitute this
  • Our hours of operation are
    5am 3pm with daylight savings and will move to 4pm post DST:
  • Fully, paid training will be provided
  • Once probation is passed, you will move to a hybrid work model, working from home and in the office

What incentive can you achieve?

  • Team members are taking home on average between $200 $500 in commission per fortnight
    on top of their base salary

Salary
- $50,500 + Super + Incentives
