    • Experienced Legal Secretary - Family Law
    • $85k -110K+s

    We have multiple openings for experienced Legal Secretaries supporting important Clients at one of Sydney's top Boutique Family Law Firms. If you have prior experience as well as a genuine passion for Family Law and are driven, detail-oriented, and eager to excel, we want to hear from you This is a full-time role and thus complete availability is essential. A perfect role for individuals looking to excel as a career Legal Secretary and those looking for further career advancement.     THE ROLE

    • Full carriage of files – opening and closing
    • Drafting of legal documents
    • Corrections and formatting of all correspondence
    • Management of busy diary and calendar schedules
    • Facilitating communication with clients, barristers, and fellow solicitors
    • Managing schedules and appointments
    • Organizing and maintaining files
    • Ample opportunities for engaging in legal work
    • High pace work


    WHAT'S NEEDED

    • Strong previous experience as a career Legal Secretary/Paralegal is paramount
    • Ability to work full time hours – Monday to Friday is imperative
    • Strong confidentiality and privacy – you will be dealing with high net worth clients and notable public figures
    • Extremely well-polished personal grooming with strong business acumen and high emotional intelligence
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
    • Proactive nature and a knack for fostering strong client relationships
    • Proficiency in MS Office and legal software a strong typing speed of approximately 65 words per minute
