The Role

Open for breakfast, lunch & dinner, Thyme's menu has been created by well-known Melbourne chef, restauranteur, cookbook author and television presenter, Karen Martini - showcasing locally sourced, seasonal produce served alongside excellent coffee, herbal tea blends, local cold-pressed juices and signature cocktails.

The wine list highlights the Peninsula's many local vineyards, distilleries and breweries.

The Food & Beverage Attendants provide exceptional service to our guests in the restaurant (Thyme), outdoor bathing areas and the Spa lounge, by:

Greet and seat incoming guests to their tables
Provide and explain menu items
Provide advice in relation to the beverage menu
Collaborate and communicate effectively with the Kitchen team
Take guest food and beverage orders

Full-time / Part-time / Casual roles available.

About You

You have an RSA certificate
You have experience in a similar environment
You have a passion for food and drinks
You will be guest centric, a team performer, resilient, authentic, an excellent communicator.
You have excellent personal presentation
