The Role
Alba Thermal Springs & Spa is a luxury spa and hot springs destination located in Fingal.

We are expanding our team and looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Lifeguard Supervisor.

About You

You have recent experience in supervising guests in a Lifeguard capacity
You have recent experience in monitoring the daily operations of a Lifeguard team
Your have experience leading a team and training new team members
You have a Lifeguard qualification and First Aid Certificate
You have previous experience in a 5 star property (highly regarded)
You are guest centric, a team player, and have a positive attitude
You have excellent personal presentation and strong communication skills
You are capable, reliable and responsible
