Summary:

Opportunity to join the QGC service team as a Service Coordinator to provide operational support.

Principle Responsibilities and Duties:

- _ Provide support to the QGC service teams_

Raise and issue Extension of Time (EOT's) and Variations

- _ Updating of registers_

Liaise with the branches to ensure equipment is made available on site to meet contract requirements
Complete Monthly reporting
Attend schedule review meetings

Qualifications:

SAP experience is desirable
Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills

Physical Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in a similar position
Provide high level customer service to customers and fellow employees
Perform well under pressure whilst meeting specific deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
The ability to work Independently and in a team environment
