What this job involves:

We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to work across a portfolio that includes both CBD and near city mixed-use assets for our client.

A snapshot of the role:

Assist with the execution of campaigns, events and offer to building tenants
Formulate and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
Regular attendance with stakeholder groups to ensure the assets are capturing all wider Brisbane CBD promotional opportunities
Ensure all materials onsite remain up to date and accurate and find opportunities to distribute them

Sound like you? This is what we're looking for:
Ideally you'll have a marketing background, preferably with a background in marketing, public relations or events management.

You'll have experience in campaign and event planning and management, and have knowledge of social media marketing tools, such as Instagram, Facebook from a business perspective are needed for this role.

In addition, you will have a positive approach to meeting client's needs whilst managing tenant expectations in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
