    What this opportunity involves:

    As the Senior Property Reporting Analyst (6-months Fixed-Term), you will provide solutions and support for the PAM Segment for this particular prominent client that will improve processing efficiency and provide enhanced automated and adhoc reporting and analytics for the client.

    An overview of the role:

    · Prepare and distribute monthly and quarterly management reports for the Office and Industrial portfolios, as well as Mandate clients in accordance with the agreed timelines.

    · Prepare the quarterly KPI report and distribute to the General Managers for their review. Collate responses, review with the National Finance Manager and Account Director before distributing to the client.

    · Maintain a historical leasing file for the client by extracting system data and combining with manual inputs required from the JLL teams.

    · Work with the segment leads and the client to develop and generate a series of analytics reports which will enhance reporting across both JLL and the client

    · Work with the business to analyse and document solutions for requested enhancements as requested by the client

    · Work with the client and the segment leads to enhance automated reporting platforms for both Office and Industrial portfolios.

    · Assist with adhoc data analysis tasks that come from the client

    · Provide and or support the coordination of an annual training program to enhance Acumen knowledge base for users.

    · Acumen updates and enhancements to be promoted to all users to ensure the latest available reporting and analysts is being utilised.

    · Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial property management

    · Background in Property Accounting preferred.

    · Professional and personable approach and the ability to manage communications with numerous business groups.

    · High level of financial aptitude, analytical skills, and computer literacy with the ability to expand these skills as necessary.

    · An understanding of the JLL Acumen system is desirable.

    · Knowledge of MRI, SQL, Excel and/or other Property Management/Accounting solutions essential.
