About the role:

As our Business Operations Manager you will be responsible for collaborating with our Leadership and Senior Project Managers to prepare comprehensive reports and resources for the Projects and Workplace Solutions team.

This will include leadership of our administrative functions and accountability for data management, invoicing, requests for funds, processing invoices, variations, input to the preparation of tender responses and proposals, monitoring project financials as well as organising and participating in internal and external client stakeholder engagement.

About you:

Demonstrated experience in project and project team management.
Exceptional management and solid organisation skills.
Possess an excellent sense of accountability and responsibility.
Welldeveloped computer skills.
Must be an Australian Citizen.
Some domestic travel required.
