The role:

Looking for an experiences Corporate Travel Consultants to support with travel booking for their biggest corporate account
Exceptional client service skills to manage the end to end travel management solutions for our corporate clients
Task oriented and comfortable managing international travel, transfer & bookings etc.
Receive inbound calls from customers and provide excellent customer service reassuring and making customers comfortable throughout the process
Scheduling and organising resolutions for customers

Experience needed:

Recent corporate travel booking experience required
Excellent client service and task management skills
You need to be comfortable using technology and exposure to travel tech/booking systems
Commitment to exceptional customer service
Strong organisation and time management skills
