The Professional Pest Management business provides solutions for residential and commercial pest management so we can live our lives uninterrupted by pests.

The company is at an exciting time, about to launch a number of new products into both professional and rural retail markets.


The Role:

Reporting to the Business Manager, the Territory Sales Manager will represent the company and their diversified range of pest management products across the northern region of NSW, QLD, and NT.


This involves:
- driving customer relationships and sales
- promoting the adoption and usage of new products and services
- working closely with distributors, multinational pest companies, independents, and rural wholesalers/retailers.
- providing outstanding customer service
- assisting in delivery of in-field technical support (training, product performance)


The Person:

To be successful in this sales role you will ideally have:

  • At least 3 years proven sales experience and working knowledge of territory or area, management
  • gained from any industry
  • Strong relationship and customer management skills,
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills,
  • A thirst for learning and willingness to take on new challenges,
  • Technical knowledge of pest management is an advantage but not a necessity,
  • Capability to use Salesforce as the CRM system,
  • Confidence in delivering presentations and the ability to facilitate digital interviews.
You will likely have a background in rural or hygiene sales. The role is well supported technically in the field. You will be passionate and proactive to go chasing opportunities.

This is a home-based role, so you will be organised with the ability to work autonomously. There is a requirement to travel extensively.
