Are you an Assistant PM looking to manage a small portfolio, and wanting to take the next step in your PM career? Then this role is for you We are seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager, who wants to step up and manage their own small portfolio - with training and support

About the role

All the training to manage your own portfolio of properties pending skills and experience
A Senior Property Manager who will mentor and support you in your career
Company car to use during the day
Excellent systems, and inhouse training
Responsible for completing endtoend property management (no trust once trained)
Working with a team of professionals who love a laugh, cheeky wine, and a nice Friday lunch

Current Property Management Registration
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT
Willingness to learn and grow
Professional presentation and highlevel communication skills
Exceptional people skills and the drive to ensure your clients receive the best experience
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional work ethic to go the extra mile to achieve outstanding results
Computer proficient, willing to learn new systems
Ability to work autonomously
