ABOUT THE ROLE

Greeting all clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Attending to inquiries over the phone and in person in a timely manner
Ensuring the smooth operation of our front of the house, including liaising with internal staff
Being the face and voice of the Company
Ensuring our front of the house is well presented at all times.
Updating and maintaining window displays.

SKILL & EXPERIENCE

Minimum 2 years experience as a receptionist ideally within the real estate industry
Property Management knowledge is advantageous but not essential
Polished and enthusiastic, you will be a people person with a genuine passion for bringing a "wow" factor to each client's experience.
Professional presentation and highlevel communication skills
Exceptional people skills and the drive to ensure your clients receive the best experience
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional work ethic to go the extra mile to achieve outstanding results
Computer proficient, MS Office suite
Ability to work autonomously
