1 - IN-HOUSE SENIOR LITIGATION LAWYER

ORGANISATION: Joining a company with over two decades of industry expertise, this company stands as a prominent figure in the financial lines market, boasting strong local and international connections.
WORK: As In-House Claims Counsel, you'll be entrusted with: Managing day-to-day litigation claims and risk management processes, involving collaboration with various stakeholders; Assisting with compliance procedures and other directives from senior management; and Client relationship management and building business relationships to meet mutual objectives.
CANDIDATE: To be successful in this role you will take a flexible, adaptable and pragmatic approach to managing a busy work flow. Minimum of 3 years PAE in insurance or litigation with the ability to work with a degree of autonomy and with minimal supervision. Experience in civil or insurance litigation and understanding of legislative obligations in this space.

2 - COMMERCIAL LITIGATION & DISPUTES ASSOCIATE | 3+ PAE

FIRM: This is a reputable commercial law firm known for its business mindset, client service and investment in fruitful opportunities. WORK: You will be reporting to a highly experienced Commercial Litigation Partner alongside other specialists in the team and advise on commercial contract disputes; Partnership matters; Banking & finance litigation and some Insolvency & Bankruptcy.
CANDIDATE: Ideally, you will have a minimum of 3 years' post admission experience in commercial litigation or insolvency. An added bonus will be someone thats craving the opportunity to be involved in BD and feels they haven't been given that chance or have been held back - this opportunity is calling your name

3 - DISPUTE RESOLUTION SENIOR ASSOCIATE | 6+ PAE

WORK: Your role will involve handling significant litigation cases in the District, Supreme, Federal, and High Courts across Australia, including international disputes. This could include anything from IP disputes, regulatory investigations, B&F disputes, tax disputes; construction litigation and of course high-end general commercial and contract disputes- every day will be different.
CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of post-admission experience, and will be operating at SA level.

4 - COMMERCIAL LITIGATION LAWYER | 2+ PAE

WORK: This role is to work across high scale commercial litigation matters in the District, Supreme and High Courts throughout Queensland including: Corporate Contract Disputes; Shareholder and Contract Disputes;Class Actions; Takeover Disputes; Tax Litigation; Property and Trust Disputes; Public and Private Investigations; Insolvency and Bankruptcy; Restructuring and Asset Protection; Intellectual Property Litigation; and Competition and Consumer Disputes.
CANDIDATE: To be successful in this role you will have 2+ years' of post-admission commercial litigation experience, and be eager to take the next step in your career.
