The Firm | The Role
Our client is a leading specialist law firm that is known for its client-centric approach to legal services.

They have established a strong loyal client base due to their reputation which includes publicly listed companies, banks and corporate and business clients among a host of others.

Our client is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with 3+ years' PAE.

In joining this firm, you will have the opportunity to delve into commercial litigation matters, such as contract and partnership disputes, defective products under CLA, credit-based litigation including secured and banking finance matters and insolvency.


About You
In addition to having at least 3 years of commercial litigation experience, you will demonstrate the following qualities:

  • Advocacy skills to appear in Court.
  • Ability to work autonomously and mentor juniors.
  • Be driven and selfmotivated to succeed.
  • Have the desire to progress whilst maintaining a team player mindset so to build strong relationships.
  • You need established drafting, procedural and technical skills, specifically within commercial disputes and insolvency.
