Take a significant role in commercial litigation

1 to 3 years expereince

- $70 to $90K

We have been retained by one of the leading firms in this space to identify Brisbane's emerging Commercial Litigation talent.

The firm are one of the best networked firms in this space, with clients that are mostly financiers, insolvency practitioners, litigation funders or independent clients who been referred to them because of their experience.

You may know of the Managing Partner, who is one of the most respected in this space.

You will have client contact.
They have files in a number of states

- mainly Qld/NSW/Victoria.

They don't measure chargeables religiously, believing that if you are doing the file well in a timely manner and the client is happy you will be hitting targets (think 5 chargeable hours).
They use LEAP. You get a laptop you can take home. WFH by arrangement after probation

The firm treat staff as professionals and expect employees to meet the standards of the profession. They want their people to develop into good members of the profession.

In their practice you will get an opportunity to truly develop deep knowledge in one or other of the core practice areas or the industries their clients work in.
