Position overview
The College of Health and Medicine (CHM) comprises the National Centre for Epidemiology and Population Health, School of Medicine and Psychology, and the John Curtin School of Medical Research.
TRANSFORM is the CHM's 10-year strategy.
The Program Manager (TRANSFORM) will be responsible for providing strategic direction, expertise and leadership in the co-ordination, management and delivery of the initiative, ensuring it is delivered on budget; within agreed timeframes; in accordance with appropriate governance, controls and quality assurance; while invoking the strategic and operational objectives of the University and the College.
The person
We are looking for an appropriately qualified, highly collaborative professional leader, with a demonstrated track record of having delivered successful project implementation to improve the organisational outcomes of large-scale change initiatives.
The Program Manager will provide advice to senior staff across all areas of the College Executive on the planning, delivery and management of TRANSFORM.
Reporting directly to the College General Manager, this role will also be responsive to the College Dean and interact collaboratively with other high profile stakeholders.
