- Prepare designs for new or existing SOEs
- Application analysis, testing and remediation skills
- Build, configure and implement Microsoft based solutions
- Prepare and deliver As Built As Configured and Standard Operating Procedures and conduct Skills Transfer with our clients
- Prepare security related documentation under the guidance of oobes security practice
- Work closely with other oobe team members to deliver quality outcomes for our clients
- Leverage oobes vendor relationships to assist with design, configuration and remediation activities based on best practice
- Continuous improvement and iteration of technical processes, tools and reporting
- Opportunity to keep abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices for technologies
- Assist with managing client expectations with oobes Project Management team
- Ability to participate in the creation of new products and solutions by being a member of a cross-functional team
- Assist with preparing statement of works, user guides (e.g. FAQs), release notes, etc.
- SOE/MOE/Intune and Application deployment experience with enterprise deployment tools
- SOE/MOE/Intune lifecycle management
- Task sequence development and troubleshooting
- Window Desktop and/or Server management
- Advanced scripting (e.g. PowerShell, Visual Basic)
- Group Policy administration
- Active Directory, DHCP and DNS
- User profile management
- Security hardening particularly around application control
- System Centre Configuration Manager including co-management with Intune/Endpoint Manager
- MSI, MSIX and App-V packaging experience across desktop and/or server environments
