- _Achieve monthly sales targets as part of a dedicated sales team_
- _Handle online and phone enquiries with a positive and professional demeanour_
- _Educate clients about various insurance products, empowering them to make informed decisions_
- _Maintain accurate records, documentation, and generate quotes_

The person_

- _2 years of experience working in a similar role_
- _Exceptional customer service and sales skills_
- _Understanding of the Life Insurance industry and products/services_
- _Strong negotiating and influencing skills_
- _Excellent interpersonal verbal and written skills and ability to develop relationships and credibility_
- _High level of energy and a personal drive to succeed_
- _Knowledge of the Sales Force system would be an advantage_
- _Team player_
