Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and making a difference in the financial well-being of others?

B&K Consulting has partnered with an established industry super fund, currently looking for a Member Services Officer to join their small tight-knit team in their Chullora offices for a 12 month contract that has the potential to extend

The Role
The team works in 2 rosters from 8:30am-5:00pm or 9:30am - 6:00pm.

About you

2 years superannuation experience and above, ideally in a contact centre environment
Previous experience in financial services and RG146 qualification will also be highly regarded.
Reliability, being punctual and proactive is critical.
