As the Sydney City Manager for Le Wagon, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operational aspects of our Sydney campus, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for our students.

While promoting brand awareness and developing partnerships, you will focus on the efficient and effective running of our tech bootcamp programs.


Role responsibilities

Operations Management:


  • Ensure the smooth daytoday operations of the Sydney campus.
  • Coordinate with teachers and TAs to deliver highquality tech education programs.
  • Oversee logistics, facilities, and resources to support the learning environment.

Brand Awareness and Marketing:


  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase Le Wagon's brand visibility in the Sydney region.
  • Create and implement local marketing campaigns in cooperation with the Melbourne team to reach the target audience.
  • Manage online and offline marketing channels to drive leads and conversions.

Events and Workshops:


  • Plan and organize events, workshops, and meetups to showcase Le Wagon's programs and offerings.
  • Design and deliver compelling events that encourage prospective students to explore our courses.
  • Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams in Melbourne to ensure seamless event execution.

Student Recruitment:


  • Engage with prospective students and provide them with information about Le Wagon's programs.
  • Use persuasive communication skills to convince prospects to enroll in Le Wagon's bootcamp.

Partnership Development:


  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with local tech companies, educational institutions, and industry associations.
  • Collaborate with partners to create mutually beneficial opportunities for Le Wagon and its students.
  • Manage relationships with partners to ensure ongoing support and engagement.

This is the role for you if you have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in business development, marketing, or sales, with a strong track record of achieving targets.
  • Familiarity with the tech and education sectors, particularly coding bootcamps, is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • A selfmotivated & proactive drive, capable of working independently.
  • A collaborative outlook on the team with the ability to work across different functions and locations.
  • A passion for technology and a deep commitment to the mission of empowering individuals through education.
