    Description

    We are currently seeking a skilled Payroll Functional Consultant. You will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting payroll systems and processes in collaboration with clients.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Payroll Functional Consultant or similar role
    • Strong knowledge of payroll processes, systems, and regulations
    • Experience with payroll software, such as PeopleSoft, SAP, or Workday
    • Ability to gather and analyze client requirements and recommend appropriate payroll solutions
    • Proficiency in payroll setup, configuration, and testing
    • Good understanding of payroll taxation and statutory compliance
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders
    • Previous experience in implementing payroll systems for clients is highly desirable
