    About the role

    Our client are looking for an experienced (senior) Desktop and Server Administrator (Windows Administrator) with a primary focus on Intune Windows 10 and 11 desktop configuration, maintenance, and third-level support.

    Key responsibilities

    You will be working under the direction of the Project lead, provided guidance and training in SOE development, Essential 8 operating system hardening, application packaging and configuration of Intune Policies. Our client are looking for someone passionate about learning and willing to follow direction and work semi autonomously.

    Highly desirable criteria

    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach. Strong Desire to Learn and ability work under instruction & autonomously.
    • Experience with administration of Office365 and Intune. Understanding of Basic Networking Protocols and Concepts.
    • Proficiency troubleshooting Windows 10/11 Operating System issues and Desktop Support and L3 Escalation Support
    • Operating System Hardening and Understanding of the Essential 8, Maturity Level Model and ISM.

    Desirable criteria

    • Experience working in a Federal Government environment would be beneficial.
    • Intune Application Packaging -Configuration, Patching and Maintenance of Endpoints and Servers. -Configuring, Testing and Implementing Intune Policies (Conditional Access, Configuration & Compliance) -PowerShell Scripting -Management of Hybrid Active Directory and Exchange
