How will you make an impact?

The Assistant Boutique Manager is responsible for assisting the Boutique Manager with the effective operation of the maison's boutique by achieving business objectives and ensuring a superior standard of service that exceeds client expectations.

You will lead, inspire and motivate the team to drive sales performance and build networks in the community.

You are fundamental in developing the maison and promoting its awareness and values in Australia.

You will have previous experience as an assistant boutique manager in the luxury retail industry
You will have a strong sense of luxury service and aesthetics
You will have strong selling skills, and you will be result and action oriented
You will be a great team player with good interpersonal competences and empathy
