OBJECTIVES
Reporting to the IWC AU/NZ Brand Manager, the Sales and Operations manager is
- Responsible to develop and improve the overall sales performance of the wholesale & Retail network in the region
- Responsible to manage the Sales and Operations Exec and have full control/visibility of the administrative side of the business (invoicing, stock management, system maintenance)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales
- Coordinate (together with the Brand Manager) the yearly planning process with each account: business development plan, validation of objectives (sales, visibility, etc.)
- Ensure optimal product supply for each POS:
- Validate/agree and implement model stocks (regular review)
- Provide regular reviews of sales development/meeting of objectives to retailers
- Propose/implement action plans and follow up on implemented actions and achievement
- Negotiate top display locations and the best visibility in all POS
- Provide best in class service level and keep a strong relationship with retailers and all POS teams
Ensure together/supervising the Sales and Operations Executive
- Full support of the daytoday product enquiries price, availability & delivery
- Process of sales and purchase invoices in SAP and other relevant systems
- Monitoring of shipments to ensure timely delivery to customers
- Maintain & track overall stock movements
- Liaise with regional Singapore operations team about market needs/stock status
- Ensure proactive, accurate weekly feedback on monthly target achievement/estimate
- Proactively manage short, mid and long term turnover projection
- Actively monitor discontinued stocks and develop/implement strategies to reduce exposure
- Follow up on payments and client's credit history
- Manage and deliver periodic trainings to sales associates on brand, history and products
- Provide support to Brand Manager and Marketing and Communications Manager
- Ensure all reports are prepared, coordinated and submitted on time
- Maintain constantly updated reports on the business
- Preparation of ad hoc reports and analysis
- Develop visit report template, filled in and shared systematically before and after each retailer meeting/POS visit
- Manage specific projects endtoend, as and when required by the brand
- Provide systematic competitor and price positioning reviews
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor/Master Degree or equivalent
- Preferably experience in sales and/or operations and customer management
- Strong analytical and IT skills (e.g. Excel, SAP)
- High flexibility, independent and precise working style, hard worker. Good organisation skills
