THE ROLE:

As the Territory Manager, this role will oversee the NSW territory.

You will work collaboratively with key hospital decision makers including Anaesthetists, Haemotologists, Cardiology departments, Intensivists - identifying where the opportunities are to implement the most effective growth strategy.

Ultimately, achieving sales targets and conducting territory plans that propel the business forward to become the number one choice in blood management in your accounts.


  • Based in Sydney, overseeing the NSW territory


  • Blood management portfolio

  • Haemostatis and Cell Salvage
  • Combine business acumen and clinical expertise to drive growth and achieve overall sales goals and objectives
  • Collaborate and establish strong relationships with key physician stakeholders, and other influential decisionmakers
  • Utilise analytical tools like Saleforce to efficiently identify and pursue new and upselling business opportunities
  • Continuously expand knowledge through workshops, publications, networking, and industry events
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns with timely investigations and effective solutions

ABOUT YOU:


  • Tertiary qualifications in a science, healthcare, or businessrelated degree preferred
  • Experience working in a solution selling medical device environment
  • Proven track record of success in managing a large territory
  • Strong aptitude for learning highly clinical and technical information
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, adept at engaging with diverse audiences
  • Ability to adapt to changing environment and thrive under highpressure situations
  • Proficient in establishing and fostering cooperative partnerships with stakeholders
  • High achiever driven to deliver outstanding results for the business and your customers
