This is a Maximum Term Contract (secondment) for 6 months until February 2024


Here at Unloan we are expanding and looking to hire an experienced
Executive Assistant to support the CEO along our growth journey.

The Opportunity


Acting as a key support for the CEO this role will give you high visibility, accountability and be providing extremely valuable support to a fast paced and high performing CEO and team.

You will leverage your organization skills to keep everything moving along and drive efficiency whilst being flexible and adaptable to the needs of the CEO and the business.

No day will be the same in this support role.


Are you a match?
You're delivery focused with expertise in prioritisation and are confident to remove blockers and drive tasks through to completion.

You have a knack for juggling a range of tasks at once without compromising on quality and connecting with people to get stuff done.

You're hungry to continuously improve processes and ways of working.

No job is too big or small, you will be flexible to evolve with us as we continue to change the home loan game.


You will be responsible for:


  • Providing superior and executive level of support to the leadership team.
  • Organising team, client events and travel requirements.
  • General office management as required.
  • Coordinating agendas/minute taking in leadership meetings.
  • Coordinating completion of key reports and tasks across the team.
  • Reconciliation of monthly invoices and expenses for the team.

Your Skills and Experience:


  • Previous calendar management experience supporting as an Executive Assistant.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to manage workflow, priorities, work well under pressure and be flexible.
  • High level of professionalism face to face, over the phone and through correspondence.
  • Selfmotivated and outgoing individual, who displays a proactive style, has exceptional attention to detail and an inherent desire to provide excellent customer service.
