The Company:


People2people is excited to be working with an industry leading supplier who specialises in the design, manufacture, international distribution of commercial catering and bakery equipment.

Our client is seeking multiple Refrigeration Technicians to join their Service Team.


The Role:

You will be working autonomously on the road every day, working on a broad range of the client's equipment.


Reporting to the NSW Service Administration Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Timely attendance at customer site.
  • Fault find/repair/install equipment.
  • Ensure van stock is maintained and accounted for.
  • Identify MDRs through company procedure.
  • Maintain work environment in a clean and safe manner, including van, workshop, and customer site.
  • Complete required documentation and processes associated with the completion of the job, such as Do Form, site specific documentation etc.
  • Complete Connx timesheet daily with details of job number, customer, and times for each component.
  • Undertake van stock take accurately.
  • Complete credit card reconciliation.

About you:


  • Certificate III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
  • Refrigerant Handling and Reconnect/Disconnect License
  • Excellent and effective communication skills.
  • Strong team participation.
  • Demonstrated tenacity and resilience.
  • Ability to priorities responsibilities.
  • Adaptable and flexible.
  • Proactive and seeks assistance where necessary.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Demonstrates strong work ethic.
