people2people have partnered with an Australian federal government department who are looking for APS3 Client Service Officers to join their team within Brisbane's CBD.

About the role
Reporting to the Service Delivery Team Leader, the purpose of the Client Service Officer is to provide effective support and service to the department's stakeholders through

Answering phone enquiries from key stakeholders
Processing client requests and delegating as required
Preparing routine correspondence
Capturing and recording data
Determining eligibility of services
Providing department specific information to clients
Authorise payments
Provide input for ministerial correspondence
Provide support to leadership

Selection criteria
To be successful in this role you will have

Previous experience within a highvolume Customer Service/Administrative environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Computer literacy
