This role is with of our offshore asset integrity inspection team, working for one of our major oil and gas clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inservice onsite inspections of pressure and associated equipment as per the applicable code and client requirements;
- Prepare inspection work scopes including any NDT required, review the equipment history and review all findings;
- Prepare reports for the inspections performed on such equipment to the applicable code and client requirements;
- Perform inspections and quality reviews as required by the applicable code and client requirements for new pressure associated equipment.
You will have the following qualifications/certifications to be considered:
- ASME Plant Inspector Certification
- API 510/570/571/580/653 Inspector Certification
- NACE Coating Inspector Qualification (Offshore)
- Irata Rope Access Certification, minimum Level 1 (Offshore)
- The right to work in Australia
- You will have minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within an oil and gas operational inservice environment onshore or offshore.
You will have one or more of the following desirable qualifications:
- ISO RT2, UT2, MT2, PT
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
- Diploma NDT Engineering Technology
- Confined Space Access
- Working Safely at Heights
- Offshore Certifications You will be able to demonstrate:
- A safety conscious attitude
- Strong problem solving skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to work autonomously, or as part of a team in order to meet customer requirements and expectations

Salary is depending on experience and ranges from $170,000 - $210,000
