    Management (Community Services & Development) Our client URGENTLY requires a Community Program Manager - Change for Full Time Permanent role in Darwin.

    The Community Program Manager - Change will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating programs for groups and communities to support those who are engaging in violent, abusive and/or controlling behaviours, to change that behaviour.


    Skills and experience required includes:
    Relevant tertiary qualifications in social work, counselling, psychology or related. Proven expertise in supporting wellbeing through behaviour change programs. Ability to develop partnerships, promote service capability and to represent the organisation in a consistent professional manner. Experience with managing and supporting diverse staff groups and including the capacity to provide subject matter supervision to staff.
