    First Nations Programs - RAP and Project Coordinator

    About the role

    To support the growing First Nations team within ARRCS, we are currently recruiting a new position – First Nations - RAP and Project Coordinator.

    Based in our Darwin Office, this full-time role will see you providing management planning and support to our First nations initiatives and programs. Working in collaboration with our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) you will be responsible for project timeframe creation, funding management and support to the delivery of KPI's within approved programs.

    This role would ideally suit a positive and proactive candidate who has prior experience within project management ideally within a not-for-profit setting. You will be able to demonstrate strong organisation skills, be able to work with people from multiple cultures and have prior experience in grant/funding lodgments and management. Prior experience working with organization's RAP and delivering on RAP objectives is preferred.

    Skills & experience

    To be considered for this role, we will be looking at the following experience and qualifications:

    • Tertiary qualification in Project Management or a similar discipline such as education or community sector management.
    • First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain.
    • Previous experience in a project / grant management role and demonstrated success in achieving growth within a business.
    • Previous experience in delivering of organisations RAP objectives.
    • Ability to research, lodge, and mange grants / funded programs.
    • Ability to problem solve and create efficiencies within the team.
    • Flexibility to travel within role to remove NT communities often for 2-3 days at a time.
