**Job Description**Our Deal Management Office service partners with our clients to design end-to-end deal lifecycle architecture and manage deals from conception to completion, achieving client strategic and commercial aspirations. Our team engages at various phases throughout the deal lifecycle and provides strategic and program oversight across key activities in each phase of the deal(s). We are experienced deal practitioners who ensure that the right infrastructure is in place and executed to achieve the required commercial value, specific to the client situation.
- Provide guidance and coaching to senior client leadership and stakeholders throughout the deal lifecycle
- Facilitate in the blueprint design of the inorganic growth strategy and future state operating model
- Design the Deal Lifecycle Architecture from conception through to completion with the client
- Establish the Deal Situations Room to coordinate execution of the Deal Lifecycle Architecture
- Ensure strategic risks are identified and addressed throughout the deal lifecycle
- Provide guidance identifying value creation, stranded and transition cost opportunities to enhance equity value
- Solve strategic problems as they occur and ensure workstreams are kept to schedule and cadence
Furthermore, as an Associate Director, you will be required to contribute to the growth of the KPMG DMO service offering through development of strategy, methodology and building of internal and external relationships.

To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills & experience could include:
- Strong understanding of the entire deal lifecycle from conception through to completion
- Strong understanding of operational, financial and deal acumen
- Strong portfolio, program and project management capability
- Strong datadriven analytical and structured problem solving capability
- Strong reporting, operational modelling and financial modelling capability
- Strong interpersonal excellence demonstrating composure and working at pace
- Prior M&A experience in Financial Services is favourable
**Possess a professional finance or accounting designation (CA, CPA, CIMA or CFA) - preferred
