Business Payment Solutions (BPS) supports the Transaction Banking needs of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia's Business Banking customers.
Your Team
The Specialised Transaction Banking Services team plays a critical role in ensuring the financial wellbeing of business customers and communities.
Our team of Transaction Banking Associates work closely with Relationship Executives, Account Managers and Transaction Banking Specialist to meet transaction banking product establishment and in-life request needs of Business Banking customers.
- Establishment, Maintenance and Closure for Insolvency
- Establishment, Maintenance and Closure for Controlled Monies
- Inlife transaction banking maintenance requests for business customers
Your Impact & Contribution
Reporting to the Team Manager Specialised Transaction Banking Services, the role supports the Transaction banking needs of CBA's business customers.
Our team are based in Sydney but we do support workplace flexibility with options to work from home after you have completed training and 6 months probation.
Your responsibilities
- Working closely with Relationship Executives, Account Managers and Transaction Banking Specialists to support customers transaction banking needs
- Providing highquality, timely customer service
- Developing and maintaining professional relationships in support of team goals and objectives
- Ensuring defined processes are followed and opportunities to improve the customer experience and groups risk position are raised with senior management
- Supporting your Manager and Senior Manager with special projects as required
- Other duties as required by the Team Manager escalations, complaint handling etc.
- Proactive in assisting team members achieve desired service and sales outcomes
Your Experience/ Skills Required
- Previous experience with Controlled Monies, Insolvency or Account Origination and Maintenance (highly regarded)
- Excellent knowledge of business banking products and services and related products (preferred)
- Previous customer service experience and exceptional customer service skills (essential)
- A passion for innovation and solutions focused thinking (essential)
- Attention to detail and ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders (essential)
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines in a load sharing environment (essential)
- Good organisational and time management skills (essential)
Your Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role (highly regarded)
