Business Banking (BB) manages relationships with Commonwealth Bank's small-medium enterprise customers, mid-market corporate customers, major clients and regional and agribusiness customers, providing a wide range of financial services and solutions.
Business Lending (BL) is a product and specialised sales team that offers working capital, business loans, asset finance, corporate finance, and property finance to our customers.
The Chief Operating Office for Business Lending exists to power Business Lending to Operating Excellence through teams and initiatives that span all areas of Business Lending.
The Pricing and Capital team is accountable for commercial lending pricing settings and approvals, optimisation of capital usage for business lending customers and analysis of relationship and portfolio returns to drive the Business Bank's strategic growth objectives.

Reporting the Chief Operating Officer Business Lending, you will manage and direct the development and enhancement of the pricing of lending products for the organisation and the targeting of customer segments on pricing dimensions.
_Other duties include:
_
- Leading the development of the pricing and capital strategies that balance the needs of a variety of stakeholders.
- Lead pricing analysis with consideration of portfolio, product, segment and risk.
- Lead the Pricing Desk responding to front line deals.
- Work proactively with stakeholders including front line, Treasury, Line 2, Capital and others to run an efficient portfolio.
- Monitoring the marketplace and regulatory environment to stay fully informed about product trends and results in order to continually assess needs and opportunities for the organisation
- Hiring, training, developing, setting goals for, and evaluating permanent product development staff; leading in the creation and direction of temporary project teams to support the design and launch of new products

- Understanding of regulations in capital lending environment, and experience in implementing specific policies or practices based on laws or regulations governing these practices
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing and relationshipbuilding skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and strategically problem solve
