Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the Adelaide area.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold-calling, networking, and other marketing strategies.

Conduct site visits and assessments to understand client needs and recommend the appropriate products and services.

Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our products and services.

Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients to close sales.


Work closely with our installation and customer service teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the satisfaction of our clients.


Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product developments to ensure that we are offering the best products and services to our clients.

Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.

Attend industry trade shows and events to promote our products and services and network with potential clients.


Requirements:


  • Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.

Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on closing sales and achieving targets.

Self-motivated and results-driven, with a willingness to work independently and as part of a team.

A good understanding of the construction industry, particularly the residential and commercial sectors.

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules.

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
