About the Role

Due to expansion within the business, we are now looking to develop the next group of future Parts Professionals through our apprenticeship program.

Reporting to the VIC Parts Manager, this role is based at Dandenong and will support the business in meeting and exceeding customer needs and expectations both internally & externally.

We are in search of a highly motivated person with a passion and commitment to customer service.

Your focus will be to add value and build lasting relationships with clients by delivering an exceptional customer service & parts interpreting experience.

To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills.

Required:

Automotive and Heavy Industry interest
Outstanding Customer Service
Excellent attentional to detail
Computer proficient
Highly organised and selfmotivated
Enjoy working in a team environment
