Your new role
We are seeking a Planning and Delivery Coordinator to join our team.

As the right-hand support to the Communications Delivery Manager, your role will be central to the ongoing success of our Centralised Delivery Function.

You will be responsible for managing the acceptance, assessment, sizing, prioritisation, and triaging of marketing and communication requests on an annual, quarterly, and ongoing basis.


What you'll need

  • 5 years+ experience within operations/ and or project management
  • Superannuation/Finance experience is desirable
  • Proficient with Jira and SharePoint
  • Experience managing multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously with an ability to set expectations
  • Exceptional organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously & meet deadlines Results and quality focused, with a strong attention to detail
