Your new role


Reporting to the Senior Manager - Business Management & Operations, the Process Improvement Specialist, will work with colleagues across the domain to identify, document and improve processes across the Member Domain and support the implementation of continuous improvement.


Some of your duties will include:

  • Assist the Senior Manager
  • Business Management & Operations to develop and maintain the Member Domain Process Improvement Practice
  • In collaboration with colleagues, identify and implement business process improvements to increase internal efficiency
  • In consultation with Member Domain colleagues, assess process gaps, determine priority of processes for documentation and improvement
  • Analyse, document and improve processes across the Member Domain according to agreed priority
  • Detailed analysis and assessment of improvement opportunities as advised by the Member Segments & Performance department, Member Domain and other parts of the organisation.
  • Provide guidance/support to initiative owners to progress their process improvement ideas

What you'll need

  • 5+ years working in a general Business Analysis / Process Improvement role preferably in superannuation/marketing/communications
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
  • Strong ability to engage and liaise with internal stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of process improvement processes
  • Project coordination skills and experience
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise and use initiative
  • Ability to identify business risks.
