Associate Director, Organisational Design

12-month transformation opportunity with the possibility of extension

What's the Opportunity?


We are excited to share with you a fantastic opportunity to join our team as an Associate Director, Organisational Design supporting a transformative program of work, which over the coming years will deliver the next evolution of how Service NSW supports the citizens, businesses, and communities of NSW.


We are looking for someone to partner with the Director, Transformation in Service NSW and to lead the people stream of this exciting transformation.


Flexible/ hybrid working arrangements available across NSW, with some travel to Sydney metro and other locations required from time to time (negotiable).

You are a person who thrives in a highly collaborative team, and:

  • Has experience in driving transformation and proven success in designing and delivering people change initiatives.
  • Strong organisational design and role design experience, as well as an understanding of organisational development, capability frameworks and career pathways.
  • Passionate about making a difference for customers,, codesigning new and innovative ways of working Has strong listening and communication skills to engage and deeply collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Gifted in coaching others with empathy and courage
  • Thrives in a fastpaced work environment leveraging agile ways of working
