How will I Help?
The Marketing Communications Manager is part of the Remediation team, a division of Strategic Marketing Communications and Journeys within the broader Go-to-Market (GTM) team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic insight to influence communication design to minimise customer impact and maximise customer experience.
- Track and optimise campaign performance to deliver against commercial targets.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cost and maximise process efficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and best practices.
- Accountable for proactively managing risks by adhering to the Risk & Control Framework, fostering a curious mindset, and asking 'should we?' to drive informed decisionmaking.
- Responsible for overseeing the engagement of external vendors and collaborating with them to ensure timely delivery of CRM campaigns.

What do I need?
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in key CRM disciplines
- Endtoend campaign management skills
