Job Description:


In this role, you will work alongside a small team to deliver world-class service to customers in an accurate & timely manner, with a strong focus on providing a fantastic customer experience.

We're looking to take on multiple recruits to take our service to the next level.

On a daily basis, you will be speaking with customers, account managers, warehouse managers, and business owners in a diverse and ever-changing role.


What you'll be doing:

  • Providing highlevel customer service to both the general public and businesses
  • Placing orders, tracking orders, and handling exchanges and customer complaints
  • Liaising with internal departments to solve customer issues

What you need to know:

  • Melbourne CBD
  • Hybrid mix of WFH and office after training
  • Fulltime 12month contract (with the opportunity to extend)
  • Monday
  • Friday on a rotating roster between 8am8pm 4 weeks paid training

What you'll need:

  • Be a clear and concise communicator both written & verbally
  • Tech savvy & not afraid to learn new systems
  • Great time management skills with a desire to work hard
  • Problemsolving skills along with an ability to multitask multiple enquiries
  • Previous customer service experience within a contact centre is desirable but not essential
WFH Requirements- Windows 10 PC and Monitor/Laptop with an i5 processor and 8GB of RAM or equivalent- Anti-virus installed and Windows defender switched- Reliable internet connection- Headset with a microphone

Apple Mac computers are not suitable due to system compatibility.
