    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and sales within the Architecture & Design (A&D) sector, End Users and Facilty Managers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retaining clients with a deep understanding of the A&D industry, and a passion for delivering tailored solutions to clients.

    Responsibilities:

    • Business Development: Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in the community, including architects, designers, specifiers, and project managers.
    • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the commercial furniture segment.
    • Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, and deliver customised solutions that align with their design objectives and budget requirements.
    • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
    • Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from initial client meetings and product presentations to proposal development, contract negotiation, and project implementation.

    Qualifications & Experience

    Minimum 5 years experience BDM in commercial furniture A&D sales.Deep understanding of the Architecture & Design (A&D) sector, including knowledge of industry standards, trends, and specifications.

    Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade key decision-makers.
