Lead a team of outstanding educators as a HOD - Science Teacher at a leading P-12 Private school in Brisabane's inner south.

Permanent, Full-time position commencing January 2024.

The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised
Head of Science with the ability to engage and motivate teachers in their department.

The successful applicant will have exceptional interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to build authentic, collaborative relationships. Support a network of like-minded teachers that are vibrant, positive, and committed to providing outstanding education to students.

Provide mentoring and support to the Science Department
Welldeveloped knowledge of QCAA
Work with other Department Heads as well as being able to provide best practices in the development, delivery, and resourcing of curriculum
Have the ability to manage their time effectively to ensure deadlines, assessments, and documentation requirements are met

Commence January 2024 for a full-time, permanent position.
